What to bring to the retreat


Some guidance to help you pack (not an exhaustive list!)

  • yoga mat

  • cosy blanket or shawl (it’s as essential as a yoga mat so that you can feel contained in your space when called to)

  • yoga cushion and props as required

  • yoga/loose comfortable clothes

  • head covering for early morning practice (scarf/hat/bandana/etc)

  • towel

  • toiletries

  • travel mug or flask for hot drinks (highlighting this one as no paper cups will be provided)

  • water bottle

  • notepad/journal and pen

  • cash for holsitic therapies and bazaar.

Yoga is a beautiful and powerful practice that doesn't mix well with alcohol. From the moment we arrive, we create a sacred space for self-healing and self-discovery, so we would ask that you please do not bring alcohol with you and no alcohol will be provided with meals.
