This Retreat was seeded and held by the Universe for what seems like a lifetime, as we explored the deep feminine within our own life stories. The journey no longer is singular, now more than ever we are being called to come together to heal Her-story.

The Women's Yoga Retreat is Not For Profit, our funds provide bursaries for yoga teacher trainings. All women at the retreat will have the opportunity to apply for a bursary.

The Retreat is organised by women for all women. We are yoga teachers who have been deeply touched by the power of yoga.

The Women's Yoga Retreat is filled with yoga (previous experience not necessary), dance, joy and laughter to support you to live in the source of feminine intuition, connection, creativity and nurturing.  Participate as much or as little as you like in the yoga classes, enjoy holistic therapies (additional charge), connecting with women, exploring the grounds (interestingly once a refuge for the suffragettes.)

As women we are most powerful when we join hands in sisterhood. Finding our place, discovering that we belong, and leaning into sisterhood with like-minded women who share our values and dreams allows us to discover and express our most authentic selves. Togetherness is key. Sisterhood is everything. At its best, sisterhood nurtures us to step into leadership so we can take action about the things that really matter.
— Clare Dubois, TreeSisters founder
The solutions on this Earth are not in the hands of men. The solutions on this Earth are in the hands of the woman, in the psyche of the woman.
— Yogi Bhajan
I feel that as women we’ve allowed ourselves to be deluded by certain ideas that hold us back, such as the over- glorification of masculine consciousness.
To me, liberation doesn’t mean that I can think just like a man. Real liberation means that I can think, act, and be like a woman and receive equal respect, honour, and compensation. Liberation also means that even though I’m a woman I have masculine parts of my temperament which I can safely explore and integrate into my experience. In the same way, real liberation for men means that they can explore and integrate their feminine aspects of consciousness.

— Marianne Williamson
Every woman who heals herself helps heal all the women who came before her and all those who will come after
— Dr Christiane Northrup
Woman has to understand her role. Her role is not to worship God; Her role is to be the very self of God. Her oneness can affect and open every heart
— Yogi Bhajan
